One of my favorite places to go to for some amazing wings and awesome drinks is this cool mexican restaurant “Mad Mex”. Its about 3 of these amazing restaurants in Philadelphia; University City, Wynnewood, and Willow Grove. No matter which one you visit you are guaranteed to enjoy some delicious food.
I swear Mad Mex has the best frozen margaritas and buffalo wings ever!!!! On top of great wings they have some delicious burritos, tacos and chimichangas are the dishes I can say I proudly endorse.
I had a chance to visit and get ready to drool over some of the top picks my friends decided to order during our visit.
The first choice are the infamous Classic Buffalo Wings (spicy indicator: insane) … this is the best buttermilk ranch dressing ever, like I would ask for extra just to take home.
Jerk Drumsticks were also ordered with some type of tangy dipping sauce on the side. I traded a buffalo wing for a drumstick and even though they weren’t spicy the rub that was used was very delicious.
I ordered the Chicken Mole Burrito which was stuffed with black beans. rice and cheese.. and guacamole and salsa was accompanied on the side
Someone at the table to be super healthy the table and ordered a very delicious Mahi Mahi Salad, which I may just order next time I visit
I had the pleasure of sticking my fork into my girlfriends amazing Chicken Chimichanga that was oh so delicious with black beans and rice on the side
Mad Mex has a really cool happy hour and late night menu where some of the drinks and food are discounted after 10:00pm
