Mardi Gras Pop Up Dinner Hosted By Bless Supper Club

Over the weekend I had a chance to revisit the eclectic city of New Orleans for just one night and I wasn’t disappointed. Chef Tonia Renae of Bless Supper Club invited me to her Mardi Gras themed pop up dinner and I’m so happy I attended. Last week I had a chance to chat with Chef Tonia Renae (read post here) where she told me all about the inspiration behind her dinner series so I was super excited to go and taste all of her amazing creations.
From the decor, to the live band, to the finger licking food, Chef Tonia really bought the essence of New Orleans to Philadelphia for just one night. Usually I just sit in my chair and rock from side to side, I actually was on the dance floor earning my beads and sweating out my cute curls -which I never do lol.

The dinner series featured a super delicious four course menu that included all of the New Orleans famous and traditional dishes. From spicy Mardi Gras wings to Étouffée with crawfish and steamed rice.
Of course I took plenty of pictures before I devoured every plate that was placed in front of me.

Muffuletta Dip | Pickled Vegetables | Salami | Italian Cheeses

Classic Dry Rub| Louisiana Hot Sauce | Garlic Cream

Salad Nicoise | Hericot Vert| Red Potatoes | Bibb Lettuce | Salmon

Etoufee | Shellfish | Steamed Rice

Cornbread |Stuffed with crawfish
